 URGENT! Hebe Beauty Indonesia is looking for candidates for the "Social Media Specialist” position. Here are the details of this position:

What would you do:

• Develop and implement TikTok marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives and increase brand awareness
• Create engaging and shareable TikTok content that resonate with the target audience
• Manage and optimize TikTok accounts, including followers engagement
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate campaign success and make data-driven decisions
• Stay updated with the latest TikTok trends, features and best practice to ensure content remains fresh, relevant and engaging
• Make a work schedule for the content creator to make sure everything going well
• Responsible in uploading content
• Keep abreast of TikTok's policies, algorithm updates and industry trends to adapt strategies and maintain compliance

We are looking for someone who has/is:

• Willing to work with full WFO policy at Alam Sutera, South Tangerang 
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field
• Proven 1-3 years experience as a TikTok Specialist or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of TikTok platform features, trend and best practices
• Proficiency in video editing and content creation tools/software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
