Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Human Resources to join one of our properties in Labuan Bajo, East Nusa Tenggara. As the Assistant Director of Human Resources, you will work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the organization's goals and objectives. You will oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.

  • Design, implement, and manage HR policies and programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Responsible in overseeing the recruitment and selection process, ensuring compliance with employment laws & regulations, managing employee relations, and administering employee benefit programs .
  • Handling employee engagement, and talent management (succession planning) .
  • Providing GA support
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure the HR function aligns with their respective departmental goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and manage expenses and manning in collaboration with other departments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry
