We are seeking a Product Development who is passionate about creating innovative products and driving our brand forward. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire product development cycle, from ideation to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products align with market trends, company standards, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify product opportunities.
2. Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and design teams to develop product concepts.
3. Manage product testing, packaging, and design, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
4. Oversee the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely execution.
5. Conduct quality checks and adjustments to improve product performance.
6. Stay updated on industry advancements and integrate innovative solutions into product development.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product development, preferably in FMCG or a related industry.
3. Strong understanding of market research and product design.
4. Excellent project management and communication skills.
5. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
