1. Team Leader Legal

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Master’s Degree (S2) in Law
• Have minimum experiences as a Leader in legal field for 4-5 years
• Experiences in reputable law firms are preferred
• Accustomed to analyzing legal contract
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Indonesia
• Ability to prioritize demands under tight deadlines
• PKPA certified is a must
• Able to lead a team and also working independently
• Willing to be placed in Graha BIP, South Jakarta

Job Description :

Examining, evaluating, checking, and organizing compliance with contract drafts to support all internal company legalities, including loans, business cooperation, and transactions that comply with applicable rules, standards, and policies. In addition to these responsibilities, it also includes conducting coaching and mentoring for the legal team to enhance their skills and effectiveness

2. Accounting Officer

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1), majoring in Accounting
• Have minimum 1 year of working experience as accounting staff
• Have good understanding about accounting and tax
• Have a good analytical skill
• Well-organized, flexible, proactive, and give attention to detail
• Good team player and good communication skill

Job Description :

Responsible for reate monthly FS, report taxes every month, tax reconciliation every month and reconcile per account

3. ICOFR Analyst (Internal Control Over Financial Reporting)

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting major
• Have minimum 1 year experience as External Auditor
• Familiar in reviewing financial report or escalation report
• Fast learner, have strong basic accounting, easy to adapt and willing to learn new things

Job Description :

Responsible with reviewing monthly financial reports, escalation reports, designing and implementing design tests, document analysis, process updates, and maintaining risk control matrices. Resources were provided for design and operational effectiveness assessments, and independent assessments were conducted to evaluate the design and implementation of ICOFR. Furthemore, remediation plans are designed to address identified deficiencies

4. Internal Audit Officer

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Law from reputable university
• Have experiences minimum in 2 years as Legal Officer
• Proven experience in legal consulting and preparing legal documents
• Knowledge of corporate laws and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to be placed in Graha BIP, South Jakarta

Job Description :

Handling and updating corporate legal documents to keep them up to date and accurate. This includes filling, scanning, and managing legal files in digital databases for easy access. Additionally, it entails creating summaries of various legal documents, such as agreements and business licenses, and reviewing and drafting documents while managing contracts to ensure compliance and efficiency

5. Payroll Specialist

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree, GPA minimum 3.00, preferable majoring in Accounting or Tax
• Proficient in Ms. Excel
• Have minimum 1 year experience as Payroll/Comben Officer
• Willing to be placed at PT Karyaputra Suryagemilang (member of Anabatic Holding), which is located in Graha Anabatic, Tangerang

Job Description :

Perform fulfillment activities for MPO and Payroll projects (mapping employees to PID, reviewing form variables, performing end to end preparation of overtime data up to project employee offboarding, performing end to end payroll processes, sending SIPP Online, managing payroll reporting, and sending payslips)

6. Sales Manager – HR Business Process Service

Requirements :

• Minimal Bachelor degree in business administration or a related field
• Successful previous experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager, especially at HR or Payroll Business Process Services
• Consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Job Description :

Responsible for conducting market research, actively seeking new lead opportunities, maintaining long-term client relationships, and managing sales administration, including tender requirements
