1. Firefighting Engineer (Batam)

Our client, a globally recognized construction powerhouse, especially in Data Centers, is hiring skilled professionals to join their team on impactful projects located in Batam.

Job Description

  • Design and develop comprehensive fire protection systems for construction sites, including sprinklers, fire alarms, and suppression systems.
  • Ensure all fire protection designs meet local and international fire codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and fire safety audits to identify potential hazards and recommend improvements.
  • Supervise the installation and commissioning of fire safety systems, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and compliance records for fire protection systems.
  • Train on-site personnel in fire safety protocols and the correct operation of fire protection systems.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in fire protection design and implementation, preferably on construction sites or large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, fire safety codes, and standards. Familiarity with risk assessment and safety audit procedures.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willing to be placed in Nongsa, Batam.
  • Relevant firefighter or fire protection certifications are a plus.

2. HR Manager (Batang)

We are hiring for our client, a leading multinational toy manufacturing company based in Batang, Central Java.

Job Description

  • Lead the HR team in various areas, including Recruitment, Organizational
  • Development (OD), Industrial Relations (IR), Compensation & Benefits (C&B), and General Affairs (GA).
  • Manage HR systems and databases, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Oversee HR budgets and recommend adjustments as necessary.
  • Design, implement, and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor key HR metrics and suggest improvements to enhance HR operations. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and issues.
  • Prepare detailed reports on HR costs and other HR activities.
  • Recommend new HR software or tools, such as performance review platforms Address employee queries regarding compensation, labor laws, and other HR- related matters.
  • Oversee General Affairs (GA) functions to ensure smooth workplace operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology, or related fields.
  • At least 8 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on compensation and benefits management.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, particularly within the manufacturing industry. Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop an HR team.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Experience in managing HR for manufacturing factories, with experience handling over 1,000 workers.
  • Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java

3. Production Manager (Batang)

We are hiring for our client, a leading multinational toy manufacturing company based in Batang, Central Java.

Job Description

  • Prepare and control new plants and machines during the project.
  • Set the production schedule to achieve the target (according to the delivery schedule and customer request).
  • Make sure the manufacturing process runs effectively and efficiently.
  • Set and assure the availability of resources for the manufacturing process. Coordinate with the QC Dept about all quality issues.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties for production purposes. Make Ensure the work process complies with existing Work Instructions and SOP. Problem/defect analysis, improvement, and monitoring.
  • Create, follow up, and report for all section production performance. Create and control documents such as WI and checking items.
  • Workforce and cost management.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a production management role. Experience in the manufacturing industry.

4. Sales Manager (Batang)
