Job Mission

Memastikan pencapaian target sales channel GT (Year Value, Growth, Sales Per Day (SPD), Customer Active-CA, Number of Mr/Ms Roti/ Hawkers/MRB) yang telah ditetapkan, melaluisemua Agen(INN & Reguler)secara efektif guna mendukung pencapaian target Nasional berdasarkan perencanaan, pengelolaan, pengawasan, pelaksanaan & evaluasi aktivitas sales & promosi, berdasarkan standard Quality/Must Have SK dan Avaibility Serta Visibility.

Field Coordinator bertanggung jawab langsung kepada Regional Sales Manager
Mempertahankan & melakukan pembinaan Agen (Reguler & INN) yang ada sekarang
Menyiapkan Calon Pengganti Agen (Reguler & INN) untuk setiap area
Merekrut dan menambah Agen (Reguler & INN) sesuai dengan plan ekspansi / pengembangan Coverage
Membuat estimasi order ke plant Span of Control max 5 agen (Reguler/INN)

Primary Responsibilities:

Sales target (SPD Mr/Ms Roti); Number of Mr/Ms Roti/ Hawkers/MRB); Return target
Educational qualifications preferred
