Description
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the company’s financial performance.
- Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with business units to develop detailed budgets that align with strategic goals.
- Develop rolling forecasts to provide real-time insights into financial performance and guide decision-making.
- Implement cost control strategies to optimise operational efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct comprehensive cost analyses to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
- Analyse financial data, including Profit and Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements, to provide actionable insights to management.
- Prepare regular financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
- Supervise and develop the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities.
Candidate’s Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience working in manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of standard costing principles.
- Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.
- Experience with ERP (SAP) is an advantage.
- Auditor experience will be a plus.
- At least 10 years’ working experience.
- Strong knowledge of standard costing principles.
