As the Finance Controller, you will be a key member of our finance leadership team. You will lead the financial operations, strategic planning, and decision support functions for our global manufacturing operations.

We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished Finance Controller to join our client and play a crucial role in ensuring the financial stability and growth of their organisation.


  • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the company’s financial performance.
  • Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with business units to develop detailed budgets that align with strategic goals.
  • Develop rolling forecasts to provide real-time insights into financial performance and guide decision-making.
  • Implement cost control strategies to optimise operational efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive cost analyses to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
  • Analyse financial data, including Profit and Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements, to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Prepare regular financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
  • Supervise and develop the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities.

Candidate’s Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience working in manufacturing company.
  • Strong knowledge of standard costing principles.
  • Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.
  • Experience with ERP (SAP) is an advantage.
  • Auditor experience will be a plus.
  • At least 10 years’ working experience.
  • Strong knowledge of standard costing principles.
