PT Armada Bangun Samudra (ABS), is a shipyard located at Gandasari Energi industrial port estate in Bojonegara, Cilegon, with main business in ship building.
Established in April 2021, ABS has been the latest member of ABS Group following other three running business units. ABS position in the group is to support the need of fleets for the shipping-line business, by building new set of ships for that purpose. ABS acquired the expertise from affiliated group experience (Gandasari), as well as professionals assembled in the team.
Our core value to the product is the quality we deliver. We always make sure all parts in the ships are certified and meeting regulatory compliance. We also pursue certification standards for further quality assurance.
PT. Armada Bangun Samudra, docking and shipbuilding company, is looking for young talent and is interested in Shipbulidng and docking company Based in Serang Timur, Bojonegara, Banten :
HR Officer (Good in Generalist and Comben)
Required experience, have experience and
understand:
– Recruitment Process
– On Boarding Process (create and provide facilities for new employees)
– Prepare planning and implementation in the People Development process
– Handle administrative processes (employee data, compensation and benefits)
– Performance appraisal process
– Good in Industrial Relation
– HR monthly reports
– Make reporting For PPH 21
– Make reporting of Employee Budget
– Do for Payroll every month
Required :
- Bachelor of Accounting, HRM, Economic, and Law
- Having experienced minimum 2-3 years as HR Generalist and Comben
- Having good skill in excell.
- Having good communication
- Placement at Bojonegara, Cilegon, Serang Timur (prefer which is candidate lives around Cilegon, Serang Timur)
