The first naphtha cracker factory in Indonesia founded by Lotte Corporation. Will carry out processing of ethylene, propylene, mixed-C4, and gasoline pyrolysis with high temperatures above 800 degrees Celsius.
Lotte Chemical’s petrochemical processing facility and plant project is expected to be completed and start operating in 2025. It is expected that the petrochemical processing complex will be able to produce 1 million tons of ethylene, 520 thousand tons of propylene, and 250 thousand tons of polypropylene and generate revenues of up to US$ 2.66 billion every year.
We are currently looking for candidates for the following vacant positions.
Monomer Shift Techinician
Job Responsibilities
-
- Responsible in handling chemical and physical analysis the process and product sample.
- Instruments check.
- Analyze and recommend improvements to all materials to increase efficiency of all monomer processes.
- conducts chemical experiments, tests, and analyses using techniques such as chromatography, spectroscopy, physical and chemical separation techniques, microscopy and water analysis
- Collect sample according to Sample Plan.
Requirements
-
- Min Diploma 2, in Chemical Analysis, Chemistry or equivalent.
- At least 4 years capacity as a Monomer Lab.
- Experience in Laboratory.
- Checks equipment; Conducts and records calibrations & checks of various laboratory equipment as necessary
- Strong personal & interpersonal skills.
- Experience in petrochemical or refinery company.
- Willing to work in shift and willing to be placed at Merak Plant (Cilegon).
Monomer Lab – Sr. Operator
Job Responsibilities
-
- Make daily base analysis report
- Perform calibration and maintenance of analytical systems.
- Establishes, implements and maintains G/A, G/C, test and Water analysis methods and set up; updates methods as required.
- Maintain all equipment, parts inventory and purchase request in Laboratory.
- perform routine and special analysis
- Trains Lab. Technicians.
Requirements
-
- Min. SMK Chemical/D1/D3 degree (Chemical Analysis, Chemistry / equivalent) required from reputable University
- At least 10 years capacity as a Monomer Lab.
- Experience in Laboratory.
- Knowledge of and experience with laboratory equipment including, but not limited to, Monomer tests, Gas chromatography (GC), Water analysis, and General analysis equipment and methods.
- Experience in petrochemical or refinery company.
