Production Supervisor

Our factory house team of chocolatiers and confectioners from different countries using artisan skills to create and hand finish our finest & delicious range of premium chocolates.

Currently We are looking for an Production Supervisor

Requirement:

– Min. S1 of any major
– Having experience as Production Supervisor with minimum of 3 years, preferable in Food Industry
– Having a good understanding in GMP, HACCP & ISO
– Having strong leadership, with experiences manage min. 20 peoples
– Able to work in shifts

Area of responsibility:

Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, monitoring progress, resolving internal problem.

– To organize workflow Production, establish daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate to the employee.
– Ensure the safe use equipment and schedule of regular maintenance.
– Submit report on performance and progress
– Identify issue in efficiency and suggest for improvement
– Guide and coach employees, and monitoring their productivity.
– Deliver good interpersonal and communication skill to all level in organization
