Responsibilities:
- Manage plan, schedule, and budget VSAT deployments
- Coordinate project execution, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and policies
- Oversee procurement, installation, and configuration of VSAT equipment
- Conduct site surveys to determine optimal VSAT terminal placement
- Manage project resources to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Monitor project progress, identify and address issues or risks
- Foster communication among team members, stakeholders, and government representatives
- Prepare project documentation
- Provide technical support during deployment and maintenance
- Stay updated on VSAT industry trends for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in VSAT or satellite communications
- Strong technical knowledge of VSAT systems and regulatory compliance
- Proven track record in managing complex projects compliant with regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and technical documentation
- Willingness to travel as needed.
