Loan Signing Officer
Jobdesc :
- Ensuring that all required compliance documents are available.
- Ensuring that all costs and components necessary for the contents of the Credit Agreement (PK) and booking have been entered into the RCS.
- Ensuring updates in the RCS and sending emails to the Business Unit (BU) regarding the review results in the form of a TBO.
- Ensuring the preparation of the Credit Agreement (PK) aligns with the approved credit decision (NAK), guarantees, and permanent data (related to the authority to act) along with the guarantee-binding documents.
- Conducting the credit agreement signing process.
- Ensuring verification of the parties (borrower and guarantor) present matches the permanent data in the application.
