We are currently seeking motivated and highly qualified candidates to join our team in North Sumatera for the below positions:

GRADUATE-HSEQ

Some of your duties will include but not limited to:

• Collect, analyze data, and record details of each incident or dangerous events, incident cause, and accident prevention
• Collect data of areas and activities that required strict supervision of operational and technical regarding work procedures and the use of detection devices or Safety PPE
• Communicating & advising OHS and environmental procedures, laws and regulations and other requirements relating to OHS and the environment to all workers
• Collect, analyze data and record details of each Take 5, Occupational Safety and Health (K3), inspection reports, Safety Interaction (SI), Active Safety Agreement (ASA), Planned Task Observation (PTO). Critical Control Verification (CCV)
• Provide direction to direct subordinates related to work and work activities
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to K3 and the Environment

What skills and experience do you need?

• Minimum Diploma from Health, Safety, Environment or related disciplines
• 0-2 Years Experience in related fields or have internship experience in Mining Industry is preferred
• Mandatory Certified Ahli K3 Umum from Disnaker
• Understand procedures and work instructions in accordance with the provisions of Occupational Safety and Health (K3)
• Understand HSE Management System, ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001, JOP, JSA, and Emergency Response.
• Knowledge in SMKP (Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Pertambangan)
• High initiative and motivation to achieve company goals
• Computer literacy with expertise in using MS Office
