Mandarin Interpreter Internship
As a dynamic multinational company, LAMIPAK prides itself on its diverse workforce and inclusive culture. We are currently seeking a skilled Interpreter to join our team during the Commissioning Stage at our factory.
You will be responsible to assist & facilitate communication between our employees who do not share common languages to support their employee duty, work and learning process.
Requirement :
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience as an interpreter or in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands and schedules.

Senior Internal Auditor
You will be responsible to conduct project audits and provide advisory services on enhancing internal controls and risk management practices, Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions, and assist in the periodic review of project audit assignments to ensure adherence to established processes and standards.
Requirement :
- Minimum of 4 years of combined internal and external audit experience, preferably within a manufacturing company.
- Demonstrated expertise in business process analysis, internal control assessment, and risk evaluation.
- Fluent in English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Professional certification such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) is required.

Shift Leader
You will be responsible to contrive a comprehensive report summarizing shift activities, including production data, issues, and accomplishments, Oversee the scheduling of shift members’ leaves to ensure adequate coverage to maintain continuous production flow, even with workforce variations, and implement people-centric management principles to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Shift Leader in the flexible packaging industry, demonstrating a strong track record of leadership and team development.
- Proficiency in key performance indicators such as Equipment Efficiency (EE), Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), and Total Effective Equipment Performance (TEE) to drive operational excellence.
- Experience with World Class Manufacturing (WCM) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles preferred, showcasing a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Good English communication skills are required to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
