Its rubber carbon blacks produced at two manufacturing units are exclusively sold to tire manufacturers, making its site a key long-term player in this critical region of the world.

New opened black masterbatch and conductive compounds facility is co-located with its existing carbon black plant. Black masterbatch and conductive compounds plant is over 6,000 square feet and encompasses production lines, a laboratory, and warehousing capabilities. It is one of the largest plants in Asia Pacific South to manufacture masterbatches and conductive compounds.
The new facility incorporates state-of-the-art technologies, integrated site economics, reduced waste, and the use of recovered waste heat energy from the carbon black facility.

Storekeeper
Your Role at Company
Facilitates the receipt, storing and distribution of materials and parts located in plant storerooms. Works in conjunction with vendors and other departments in the plant to ensure available inventory. Maintains files and records and may prepare inventory reports.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitors and controls inventory operations for plant storeroom.
- Receives materials; checks documentation and count; stores items in assigned location.
- Starts the complaints procedure in case of non-conformances.
- Researches replacement items when an item is being discontinued or is unavailable.
- Contacts suppliers to track product delivery.
- Verifies that pulled items and fulfilled order requisitions are accurate and timely. May assemble kits used for production or other aspect of manufacturing, as needed. Contacts suppliers, sends reminders to them if deadline is exceeded.
- Performs materials and parts inspections and manages inventory counts. Reorders materials to ensure established optimum inventory levels. Participates in inventory audits.
- Maintains JDE ERP system on a regular basis as materials and parts are received and disbursed ensuring proper item classification;
- Updates item descriptions and price changes.
- Manages stocks and orders goods to maintain the established stock level. Updates and maintains JDE.
- Codifies and describes new articles into the system
- Coordinates and updates the Plant lubrication program
- May lift heavy items and operates forklift, pallet handler and similar equipment.
- Participates in scheduled safety meetings and completes safety training requirements.
- Maintains work area safe and clean. Works in a safe manner and supports SH&E programs.
- Supports efforts to implement and maintain the Responsible Care® Management System in line with the requirements of the RC14001® technical specification, as applicable to the site/region.
Persyaratan
- Must have a general knowledge of the production equipment and processes
- Familiarity with use of office applications, such as Word and Excel and inventory databases
- Customer service orientation and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to use hand tools, operate material handling equipment.
- Organizational skills in order to prioritize work.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others in a team-based environment.
- Ability to lift packages and items.
