Business Development Manager
Job Descriptions :
- Managing multi distributors to achieve sales growth, excellent distribution and develop high
- 80% time spend in the field; coaching, monitoring, development and ensure operational excellent.
- Excellent in designing PJP (Journey Plan), teritory management and control.
- To ensure excellent implementation of the National Trade Marketing program.
- Develop the assigned market in terms of penetration, value/volume transaction.
- Continuously conduct asset tracking in order to avoid any missing asset/unproductive assets in the future.
- Able to provide the required data and informationas well as to analyze them for further improvement.
Requirements :
- Bachelors Degree in any major.
- Technical Competency: Strong in field sales, Leadership, Communication.
- Language Competency: English proficiency is MUST.
- Experience: minimum 5 years in well known FMCG company.
- Preferable from ice cream industry or from FMCG with multi distributor operating model
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and distributor team.
- High computer literacy PowerPoint, Words and advance skill in Excel.
- Placement: Tangerang.
