Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Identify and propose list of new project permit as required by company and give input to number of new project permit package.
- Process new project permit and others project as assigned on schedule and follow government rules and company rules.
- Report every new project permit activities assigned (weekly/monthly and annual )
- Analyze and report every problem/challenge occur
- Monitor /control all process until finish.
- Coordinate with all related party in conducting new project assigned
Kualifikasi :
- Minimum S1 Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or any relevant major)
- Minimum 5 years working experience in same role

Ethylene Hot Operation Field Operator
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Check the location along the shift schedule to make sure factory operational condition is safe.
- Update and report data such as pressure, temperature, flow rate, and level tower to make sure the effectiveness of operational activity and machine performance.
- Manage sampling to be analyzed by TCD.
- Perform make-up for lube oil and chemical, to protect its condition.
- Perform decoking, switching pump, and cleaning streaner.
- Report to Lead Operator regarding current and previous activities.

Marine Operator
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Melakukan pengambilan sampel di tanki darat 24 jam sebelum kapal sandar (loading), untuk mendukung kelancaran proses pengambilan sampel.
- Mengecek kapal pada saat sandar dan menyiapkan hose yang akan disambung, untuk kelancaran proses produksi.
- Mengecek hose, pressure, temperature dan mencatat level meter pada saat aktivitas loading berlangsung, untuk memastikan kondisi hose, pressure, dan temperature berjalan lancar.
- Melakukan pengambilan sampel di tanki kapal untuk dianalisa di TCD sebelum dilakukan aktivitas unloading (naphtha, butane, hexane, hexan, & isobutene dan sounding level di tanki darat), untuk memastikan kualitas produk dan kuantitas yang diterima.
- Melaksanakan distribusi pengiriman dokumen setelah aktivitas loading unloading selesai, untuk kelancaran proses administrasi.
- Melakukan pengecekan cuaca, untuk memastikan cuaca dalam keadaan baik guna keamanan dan keselamatan pelabuhan dan kapal itu sendiri.

- Implement the Instruments field activity to follow the work instruction and procedure correctly to increase productivity and keep production process smoothly.

Feedstock Officer

- Coordinate with customers to arrange appropriate schedule for receiving product (naphta, propylene, LPG) in a timely manner.
- Control and set schedule for delivering related in-bound ships to ensure smoothness of in-bound process according to the set time frame.
- Coordinate with related party (Treasury & Suppliers) regarding payment of product including issuance of L/C to ensure timely payment to the suppliers.
- Control all goods delivery and receipt to ensure smoothness of the activities.
- Input purchase order to computerized system to enhance smoothness of work activities.
