Tester Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products.
- Create comprehensive test scripts using tools such as Microsoft Excel to outline test cases and scenarios.
- Collaborate with the development team to review and refine test scripts, ensuring thorough coverage of functionality.
- Upload and manage test scripts using collaborative tools, such as Google Drive, ensuring accessibility and version control.
- Identify, document, and manage defects through the testing process, providing clear and actionable information to the development team.
- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey testing results, issues, and progress to team members and stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively within an agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Will be placed in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan with full WFO working arrangements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT).
- Proficiency in creating and managing test scripts using tools such as Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Agile Development Methodology.
- Experience using collaborative tools, such as Google Drive, for test script and defect management.
