Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to every form of communication from customers (in Japanese)
- Engage in effective communication with various parties within the factory to follow up on the results of communication with customers
- Handle all forms of translation needs both verbally and in writing
- Supervise the production process and inspect the quality of sample shoes, taking action to resolve problems that arise in the process
- Execute assigned tasks promptly and accurately as instructed by supervisors
Requirements
- All majors, High School/Bachelor (S1)
- Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N3 certified)
- Use Microsoft Office proficiently
- Collaborate effectively as a team-player
- Demonstrate good communication skills
Language Professional Officer (Chinese-Speaking)
Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication and coordination with various parties within the factory
- Manage projects effectively, ensuring successful implementation and completion
- Execute assigned tasks promptly and accurately as instructed by supervisors
Requirements
- All majors, High School/Bachelor (S1)
- Proficient in Chinese (HSK 5 certified)
- English proficiency is an additional advantage

HR Staff
Responsibilities
- Perform HR tasks, including data analysis, generating reports, and maintaining employee attendance records
- Participate in various HR activities, such as training sessions, recruitment processes, and annual employee assessments
