Produk barang dagangan PT LOTTE CHEMICAL TITAN TBK berasal dari impor dan dijual ke pasar domestik untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasar.
PT LOTTE CHEMICAL TITAN TBK dan anak perusahaan langsung yakni PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara (selanjutnya disebut “LCTN”) bersama-sama membentuk Kelompok Usaha.
PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara didirikan pada tahun 1990 dan bergerak di bidang industri kimia dasar organik yang bersumber dari minyak bumi, gas alam, dan batu bara yang memproduksi polyethyelene dengan kapasitas terpasang tahunannya sebesar 450.000 M/T.

Admin Service Officer
Job Description
- Responsible in supporting the General Scope for Civil work, Transportation, security, gardening, operational & maintenance vehicle, catering service, railway keeper, stationary and sundries.
- Coordination with external affairs (Government & NGO)
- Maintaining the office by ensuring office working systems are all operating properly ( work desks, chairs, stationery needs, etc.) and dealing with issues as they arise in a timely manner.
- Purchase stationery and maintain stock and data reports.
- Interfacing with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions.
- Keeping records of office assets (workstation labels, desktops labels, etc.)
- Report daily to superiors, weekly report and monthly report.
Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least minimum Diploma Degree (D3) Major Management/Civil.
- At least 3 Years of working at Petrochemical Company or Korean Company
- Min 2 years experience as GA Staff/Officer.
- Fluent in English, Verbally & Written.
- Able to work under pressure, work individual and team.
- Honest, Discipline, and Hard worker.
- Good operating computer’s system, such as : Word & Excel Program, Power Point & Internet.

Production Field Technician (PFT)
The candidate should have the following criteria:
- D3 Fresh graduated (Majoring Chemical Engineering/Petrochemical and Gas) or Senior High School (with relevant experience minimal 4 years)
- Having good knowledge in Polymer process, Familiar with PID
- Having good communication in English
- Have good ability in computer literacy, good in excel & other MS Office
- Good integrity, initiatives, adaptable and team work
- Having motivation to learn and willing to work under pressure
- Willing to be located in Merak Office
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to make plant tidiness and safe working area by performing a good house keeping manner.
- Take the active side to keep tools, equipments, and working environment in standard conditions.
- Responsible to the Plant Integrity by operating within the operating envelope, by following operating orders, instructions, procedures, and relevant OSI, such as LOTO and hand over, by preparing shift report including logging and by monitoring performance and correcting for deviations
- Responsible to mechanical reliability by following operating orders, instructions and procedures, by monitoring equipments performance, correcting and reporting for deviations, by performing field patrol, field logging and reporting when deviation occur and by doing simple maintenance work.
- Responsible to achieve the production plan at minimum cost, high quality yield and high HC efficiency by ensuring the consistency of product quality, by following Operations procedures, by optimizing raw material, chemicals, by managing operation supports properly, such as radio, and utilities usage all the time, by proactively correcting and reporting process and quality deviations, by following instructions in a timely and accurate manner.
Process Engineer
Responsibility :
- Mastering to prepare report.
- Chemical engineering rules of thumb.
- Developing best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and output quality.
- Performing process simulations.
- Managing cost and time constraints.
- Performing risk assessments.
- Optimization and standardization of product requirements and processes.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree Chemical Engineering from Reputable Universities.
- Have experience of at least three years in Petrochemical Company.
- Have an understanding of HAZOP, HAZID.
- Have the ability to analyze statistical data.
- Familiar with MOC (Management of Change).
- Have knowledge of process-related standards and health safety regulations.
- Have a working knowledge of using process engineering software.
- Have good analytical thinking and interpersonal skills.
- Have good communication skills in English both oral and written.
