In order to meet Indonesia’s electricity demand growth, which is expected to increase an average of 6.86 % every year (ref: Electricity Supply Business Plan / RU PTL 2018-2027), efficient, reliable, economical and clean sources of power generation are required. As part of the national strategic program of 35,000 MW by the Indonesian government, the Jawa 9&10 Coal Fired Steam Power Plant project will be deploying the latest and most efficient Ultra-Super Critical (USC) technology, combined with proven environmental protection equipment.

Saat ini PT. Indo Raya Tenaga sedang membuka lowongan pekerjaan dengan posisi dan kualifikasi sebagai berikut :
Enviroment Engineer Leader (Asst. Manager)
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
- Assisting manager to manage the whole environment team, assist to coach and counsel employees.
- Ensure all operational phases are being carried out in accordance with ESIA, EIA, ESMS, and IRT environment management plan and other relevant standards and regulations.
- Monitor the implementation of ESMS and the subplans.
Oversight for continuous improvement of the standard.
Conduct site environment inspections to ensure the compliance from all divisions to the standards.
Requirement :
- More than 10 years of experience as environment engineer (as in mid to senior level), preferable more than 3 years of experience in power generation industry, with demonstrated experience in management of air emission, waste management, water/wastewater management, biodiversity management.
- Bachelor of Environment Engineering degree from reputable university.
- Extensive understanding in Indonesia regulation and international standard e.g. IFC Performance Standard, World Bank.
- Advance communication skill of English both writing and speaking, preferable supported by a relevant certificate (IELTS/TOEFL).
- Have experience as leading on projects, attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Good organization and time management.
Plant Planning Engineer (Leader/ Asst. Manager)
Role :
- Role for manager on the absence of manager, planning, coordinate with manager and other departments (Technical Div);
- Overall planning of the plant operations.
Requirements:
- More than 6 years of experience in the Plant Planning part at coal fied power plant.
- More than 10 years of experience in the power plant (it must)
- More than 3 years of experience in “Team Leader”(Officer, Part Leader) or upper positon in Power Plant Industries
- Bachelor’s degree of Engineering related department in university
- Communication skill of English in both speaking and writing
- Have an extensive understanding of powerplant management.
