Its rubber carbon blacks produced at two manufacturing units are exclusively sold to tire manufacturers, making its site a key long-term player in this critical region of the world.
PT. Cabot Indonesia approximately 70 employees have a long history of active participation in the local community, and have provided donations to assist medical facilities, educational institutions and other related projects.
New opened black masterbatch and conductive compounds facility is co-located with its existing carbon black plant. Black masterbatch and conductive compounds plant is over 6,000 square feet and encompasses production lines, a laboratory, and warehousing capabilities. It is one of the largest plants in Asia Pacific South to manufacture masterbatches and conductive compounds.
The new facility incorporates state-of-the-art technologies, integrated site economics, reduced waste, and the use of recovered waste heat energy from the carbon black facility.

QC & SHE Admin
Your Role at Company
QC&SHE Administration reports to the Project Lead in related to site construction about quality control & SHE activities. Every administration tasks relate to documents, compiling, reviewing, and report.
How Will You Make Impact
- Support and report to Project Lead / Manager regarding Quality Control & SHE activities.
- Compiling, controlling, maintaining and reporting to ensure completeness of inspection and document approval status (MDR) before handover process to commissioning team.
- Compiling observation data from google form into intelex.
- Compiling SHE weekly report from contractors into CABOT SHE weekly report.
- Reviewing QC Inspection document completeness base on Inspection and Test Plan ( ITP ) and coordinate with Inspector if have any deviation between actual inspection and total documents, and make sure all Inspection Test Report ( ITR’s ) signed by all parties (SubContractor, Contractor and Cabot ).
- Recording ,compiling and monitoring : All Deliverable documents,all QC inspection documents , SR ( Surveillance Report ) and NCR (Non-Conformance Report ), SR & NCR Register, all LOG and REGISTER under QA/QC Department.
- Minute and record SHE meetings and distribute it to all attendants.
What Will You Bring to Us
- Holding diploma / bachelor degree in any major.
- Having excellent English skill (written)
- Computer literate (power point, excel, word, Google form, outlook. Ect)
- Having experiences in project, especially on petrochemical project is preferable.
- Detailed oriented person.
