Facility and Environment Suprevisor
Reuquirements :
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture with min, GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Maximum age of 35 years old.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, however having 1 year experience in the landscape architecture field would be an advantage.
- Capable knowledge of civil engineering and landscape is preferred.
- Placement: Pasar Kemis, Tangerang
Job Descriptions :
- Supervise environmental facilities, maintenance, and repairation to contractors (contractors for environmental cleaning, parks, PJU, and garbage transportation) for environmental care in the Perumahan Puri Jaya Pasar Kemis area.
- Make calculations of the work area for budget maintenance.
- Handling residents’ complaints regarding about the maintenance and improvement of the environment.
- Evaluating building plots that have changed their function or designation.
- Carry out administrative task activities (e.g., correspondence, filling out work handover documents).
