Customer Response Team (CRT) Intern
Job Descriptions :
- Monitoring/visiting unit checks that have been scheduled by the Team Leader.
- Ensure that the relevant department has received the complaint ticket and has received a hardcopy complaint.
- Update building complaint progress information on Visit C4C. [C4C Visit]
- Send information checking building complaints result:
- Send Whatsapp HSM if the repair status is complete.
- Contacting the Customer via Call/Email if the repair status is Reject.
Job Requirements :
- GPA min 2,70
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- D3/S1/at least 4th semester

Business Development Intern
Job Descriptions :
- Actively canvass on the ground to generate new leads and business opportunities (B2B, B2C and others).
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and tactics to support business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and areas for growth.
- Participate in local community events and activities to promote the business.
- Track and analyze sales and marketing data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Support the development of marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and presentations.
Job Requirements :
- Final year student or fresh graduate, in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Tangerang Area.
- Having a personal vehicle (Car/ Motorcycle) is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
- Available to work a minimum of 32 hours per week during the internship period.
